Mental health and physical health exist concurrently. Often times, mental ailments manifest as physical symptoms. This tool can help clinicians recognize symptoms of toxicity associated with technology use, and can also provide a framework for how to intervene.

What is a detox?
A detox is a period of abstention from unhealthy substances.
What is a cleanse?
A cleanse is a period of cleaning or purification.

social media?
